How to Join the Summit
- Virtual Platform: Zoom (web + app compatible)
- Access Link
- The link will open at 8:00 AM, and the Summit will begin at 8:05 AM.
- Please rename yourself upon entry using the following format:
- First Name, Last Name + Pronouns - Organization

Technology Tips
For the best experience:
- Use a laptop or desktop if possible (mobile devices may limit interaction).
- Update your Zoom app beforehand.
- Use headphones for clearer audio.
- Keep your device fully charged or plugged in.
- If joining from a shared environment, consider a headset to reduce background noise.
Accessibility & Support
Our virtual space is designed to be inclusive and user-friendly:
- Live captioning will be enabled for all main-stage sessions.
- ASL interpretation will be visible on screen during keynotes and panels.
- Slides and materials will be shared in real time through the chat and uploaded to the landing page by the end of the day.
- A Virtual Quiet/Regulation Room link will be available for anyone needing a moment away from the main event.

Summit Etiquette
To support a warm and connected virtual environment:
- Keep your camera on when possible during small-group reflection
- Mute when not speaking
- Use the Raise Hand or chat features for questions.
- Honor confidentiality in breakout conversations.
- Extend grace — to yourself and others — as we navigate a the day together.
Breakout Sessions
Participants will be automatically moved into breakout rooms based on session choice or role.
Breakout rooms will:
- Open automatically
- Include a session facilitator
- Offer captioning
- Provide a chat link to session slides and materials
If you get disconnected, simply rejoin through the main Zoom link and the host team will return you to your breakout.
